Children who have had an anaesthetic in NHS Scottish hospitals – survey for parents and carers
Action for Sick Children Scotland (ASCS) is seeking the views of Parents and Carers, whose children have had an anaesthetic in a Scottish NHS hospital during the last 3 years. We want to know about your experience in general.
We have devised a short survey which should take no more than ten minutes to complete. It can be accessed on the following link and submitted online

Your views and experiences are very important and the information provided will be used to help our work towards getting the best experience for children and young people in hospital. The survey is open until Monday 28 March.
