Transitions Task Group

The Transitions Task Group works in partnership with the Scottish Transitions Forum facilitated by ARC Scotland. The forum has 90 members from over 50 organisations who are all leading professionals in the field of transitions for young people with a wide range of support needs. This includes representatives from academic institutions, the voluntary sector, Scottish Government, NHS and local authorities.

The aim of the Scottish Transitions Forum is:

"To improve the experience of people with additional support needs, particularly those with high support needs, as they go through life transitions". There is a particular emphasis on school/ collage transitions. The Forum has an eForum which posts news, messages and business information.

Contact James Fletcher if you’d like to join the Transitions Forum.
