Take part in our diary project. We want disabled children and young people of all ages, from all over Scotland to keep diaries telling us about their lives.  Your views and experiences will help us persuade the Scottish government and councils what needs to change.

Or you can just drop us a line from time to time telling us how life is. Do you get a break from family life and the chance to try new activities?  Tell us about clubs you go to, who your friends are and what you do together.  If you have recently moved from primary to secondary school, or left school altogether, how are you getting on?  What is your favourite thing about school?

Help us find the missing millions - we need campaigners in every council area in Scotland.  The more people campaigning for the money to be spent on services to support you, the more likely we are to succeed!
