Great news: John passed his preliminary physiology course with flying colours which means he is now officially a physiotherapy trainee from January 2011 at Glasgow Uni! Very proud of him.  I am myself in the middle of completing my train the trainer course: only a 3000 word-report and a course delivery to go (!) in order to get the formal accreditation by the end of February 2011;

I am also in contact with Eczema Scotland (kind of part of the National Eczema Society but not quite, it is complicated) and we will be looking at my Eczema project proposal. I might have a second job in a few months time, helping other families affected by eczema, training teachers and encouraging company volunteering to raise awareness of the condition?... 

Some final thoughts about the weather and some xmas wishes:

Well, thank god I can work from home or I would have had to take a whole week off last week! Loving the snow, although it is starting to become a little irritating and frustrating now. At least, the girls are going back to school tomorrow (school was closed all week!). Oh and we got stranded in Leeds last week-end at John's parents' (came back Tuesday night), but that was quite nice.

My xmas wishes: every child should win a trophy at some point (for whatever reason) and I am pretty sure there would be less mental health issues on earth ; I hope I'll get the new job I have applied for (interview next week) ; I wish that Gaelle's skin remains as good as it is now but it would be great if we could reduce the steroids ; I hope French Santa won't be on strike (!) over new year as he has still a few presents to deliver to my girls once we make it to my parents' house in Lyon.
